EA Sports has confirmed that the game mode Face of the Franchise will return to Madden NFL 21. It will be called ‘Rise to Fame’. And as the name indicates, this game mode is a narrative and cinematic experience about creating yourself as a professional NFL player and then trying to overcome adversity to be drafted 1st overall. This game mode was a total success on Madden 20 thanks to the concept of putting themselves in the player’s shoes in high school, College and the NFL. However, the only problem was it was a short experience. So we hope this year the game experience gains more complexity and depth. The Face of the Franchise will have three main parts: begins in high school, continues on two seasons of college, and ends when you gain all the glory in the NFL. The last part will be inspired by true-life experiences. You could play different storylines depending on your situation and choices. EA Sports also announced that there will be some surprises in the storylines, especially in the final part after the NFL career of your player. Through all the road of fame, you’ll encounter famous people. Not only NFL personalities like Rich Eisen, but Snoop Dogg will also appear. We know that Snoop will be playing himself, but we don’t know his role in the story mode. Maybe he will be our friend when we reach fame, or will be an advisor about how to deal with fame. We have to wait to see if this story mode would change all we know about Madden NFL 21. We hope this new Face of the Franchise would be more long, challenging, and complex. Madden NFL 21 will be launched on August 28 for the current generation of consoles (PS4, Xbox One, and PC).
